We thank you for your interest in becoming a candidate for a job at Andersen Tax & Legal and providing us with your personal details, as well as those relating to your academic background, professional experience and other complementary data, which will be processed for the assessment and management of your job application in the job offers in which you may be interested now or in the future.

In this respect, unless we receive an indication to the contrary from you within 30 days (by e-mail or pre-paid envelope), you expressly authorise Andersen Tax & Legal S.L.P. and Andersen Tax & Legal Iberia S.L.P to process your personal data. The purpose of this service is to manage all aspects of staff selection, while respecting the confidentiality of the information provided.

In addition, we inform you that at all times you can exercise your rights to access, rectify, limit and delete your personal data at comunicacion@AndersenTaxLegal.es under the terms of RGPD (EU) 2016/679 and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The personal data provided by you will be kept for a maximum period of two years, after which it will be destroyed.

The candidate guarantees that the information provided is true and is expressly responsible for any possible consequences that may be caused by the falsehood of this information. If the candidate provides personal data of a third party, he or she must have previously informed the third party and obtained his or her consent about the how Andersen Tax & Legal will treat his or her personal data, being responsible for any damages and losses incurred by Andersen Tax & Legal otherwise.

The applicant's contact details will be used to inform him/her 1) of anything directly or indirectly related to the applications he/she has applied for and 2) of anything directly or indirectly related to the employment relationship for which, where applicable, the applicant was finally recruited.
