Antonio García is currently Senior Associate in the Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration area of the Valencia office of Andersen.

Graduated in law from the University of Valencia, he began his professional career in the franchising sector, as manager of the commercial Development and Expansion department of Business Chains, SL (Gheisa Group), a company dedicated to helping franchising companies, coordinating its different departments.

Subsequently, for more than 20 years, he has developed his professional work as a lawyer at García Darias Asesores Legales, focusing his practice on the legal advice of companies, both commercial and civil and criminal procedure, especially in crimes of a socio-economic nature, advising in various business sectors: tourism, public and private construction, franchises, banking institutions, etc.,

He is also Bankruptcy Administrator, Bankruptcy Mediator and Mediator in Road Safety and Traffic, taking part in numerous bankruptcy and mediation proceedings.
