Miguel Gordillo is Of Counsel at Andersen in the Madrid office.

He previously worked at Arthur Andersen, which he joined in 1974, and later at Garrigues-Andersen until 2009, where he was Managing Partner. After his retirement, he joined Olleros Abogados as Of Counsel.

Miguel Gordillo is a specialist in large international taxation projects, mergers, acquisitions and company reorganizations. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences. He has lectured at various business schools including Instituto de Empresa and Centro Europeo de Formación, where he established and managed an executive MBA in Firms and Professional Services Management.

He has wide experience in startups mainly in the field of technology transfer from universities and research centers  to companies.

Miguel Gordillo is co-author of “Las nuevas Leyes del Impuesto sobre la Renta y el Patrimonio” (New Laws on Income Tax and Wealth Tax), Arthur Andersen Asesores Legales y Tributarios, and “El Impuesto sobre la Renta, Comentarios a la Ley 40/1988 y a su Reglamento” (Personal Income Tax, Commentary on Law 40/1988 and its Regulations), Colección Garrigues & Andersen.
