The Spanish Wine Federation (FEV) and Andersen Tax & Legal have signed a collaboration agreement that aims to share synergies and jointly implement projects for the benefit of FEV members, which range from specialized legal advice services, to the preparation of action protocols, the holding of conferences and seminars of interest to the wine sector, or the execution of legal-institutional work, among others.

During the signing of the agreement, the Managing Partner of Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain, Jaime Olleros, and the General Manager of FEV, José Luis Benítez, highlighted that the collaboration will involve the design of specific action plans in matters of special relevance, such as Compliance, Corporate Social Responsibility, tax treatment, international transactions, legal disputes, etc., and all of this focused on the wine sector.

Likewise, both institutions will promote the development of conferences and seminars that are of interest to the wine industry, on various subjects related to, among others, the Food Supply Chain law, labelling, recognition of Denomination of Origin in the international arena, consumption, etc.

For the execution of this project, Andersen puts at the disposal of the members and associates of the FEV the professionals of the Agroalimentary team of the firm, integrated by lawyers of each one of the areas of practice of the law, with the purpose of contributing to provide specialization and efficiency to the daily challenges of the wine business sector.
