The offices will occupy 3,000 square metres over six floors and the firm plans to move into his new office in September

Andersen Tax & Legal will move its Madrid office to a building located on calle Velázquez with the aim of continuing with the firm's growth plan and offering better services, in line with the firm's commitment to its professionals and clients.

The new office will be located at 108-110 Velázquez Street, and will occupy 3,000 square metres distributed over six floors where the different practice areas will be located, with new innovative and flexible spaces that will encourage the integration and cooperation of the teams, as well as an exclusive area for clients, which will include several meeting rooms and an conference hall.

The firm has prepared an analysis of the needs of the 120 or so professionals currently working for Andersen Tax & Legal in the Madrid office, to design the new office according to the priorities of both professionals and clients. A change that will allow the office to expand its offices to double the space currently available at its Madrid office.

The interior refurbishment project includes a major refurbishment to adapt the spaces to both the sector and the company's culture and work will begin immediately to move to the new office next September.

The Managing Partner of Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain, Jaime Olleros, stressed that moving the office is a new boost for the firm a year after Andersen Tax & Legal made its debut in Spain. According to Jaime Olleros, "this is a fundamental advance in the strategic plan of the firm, which seeks to implement new technological processes, increase the comfort and collaboration of the team and improve the relationship with the client".

Jaime Olleros highlighted that "the Madrid office will allow us to continue growing both quantitatively and qualitatively, as we have more space in the facilities and can incorporate the latest technologies to serve our professionals and customers".

The transaction, in which the consulting firms TC Gabinete Inmobiliario and Lassen Global advised, was closed following the agreement reached between Andersen Tax & Legal and Seguros RGA, the insurance company of the Caja Rural Group and owner of the building.

Andersen Tax & Legal is the Spanish member firm of Andersen Global, an international association of legally separate, independent member firms comprised of tax and legal professionals around the world.
