Andersen Tax & Legal promotes Sergio Juárez to Employment Partner

The Employment Law Department is made up of three partners and 27 professionals

Andersen Tax & Legal has promoted Sergio Juarez as a new partner in the firm's Labour area, supporting the firm's growth strategy in a commitment to the development of the firm's professionals and a commitment to talent, effort and excellence.

Sergio Juárez, until now a senior associate of the firm, has a degree in Law from Alfonso X El Sabio University, a degree in Labour Sciences from the European University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Labour Legal Advice from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues. 

Andersen Tax & Legal's new partner has previously developed his professional career in Garrigues and CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, specialising in the provision of comprehensive legal advice to public and private sector companies, both national and international, as well as in the practice of litigation in all types of matters and instances of the social order and in administrative procedures before the Labour Inspectorate and Social Security Management Entities.

In the teaching area, Sergio Juárez is a regular professor in the full-time master’s degree courses on access to law and executive in the specialty field of Corporate Legal Practice at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and also participates in professional collaborations as a speaker in different forums, seminars and conferences related to labour law, in the business and university environment.

Jaime Olleros, Managing Partner at Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain has highlighted this promotion, which involves positioning the Labour department with three partners and a team of 27 professionals, led by Alfredo Aspra, the partner responsible for the Labour area in Spain, and has valued the talent management policy of the firm, which "bets on technical capacity, leadership, the organization of teams and the management of projects and clients", something that, he added, allows us to count on highly qualified teams to respond to the needs of our clients solidly and to adapt to the new demands of the economy with agility".
