Andersen Tax & Legal has strengthened the area of Real Estate and Urban Planning Law with the incorporation of Urbe Asesores Jurídicos, a firm with more than 15 years of experience specializing in Real Estate and Urban Planning Law, into the Madrid office. The founders, Antonio Ñudi and Carlos Peña, join the firm as partners in the Public and Regulatory Law Department, led by José Vicente Morote.

Specifically, Ñudi and Peña founded Urbe Asesores Jurídicos in 2001 and have since been advising Public Administrations, companies in the real estate sector, real estates and financial companies managing real estate investments in important urban development operations in Spain and thus developing extensive experience both in the phases of planning, management and execution of urban development and in the practice of contentious- administrative litigation.

Antonio Ñudi holds a degree in Law and a Masters in Legal Practice from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. During his more than 20 years of professional career, he has specialized in the field of Construction Law from different law firms, as well as Public Administrations at a national level, from where he has acquired a deep specialization in the analysis of real estate assets and in the development and processing of instruments of urban management and urban planning.

For his part, Carlos Peña holds a degree in Law and a Masters in Legal Practice from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as an Expert in Real Estate Law and Urban Planning from the School of Legal Practice of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. With nearly 25 years professional experience, he has developed his career in the field of construction law in different law firms. He has extensive experience in reparcelling projects as well as the technical leadership of judicial proceedings in civil law and contentious-administrative litigation.
