The meeting took place in Madrid and met Mark Vorsatz, Jaime Olleros, European partners and former Andersen professionals

Nearly 200 professionals who were part of the former Arthur Andersen met last Thursday in a meeting organized by Andersen Tax & Legal which was attended by the CEO of Andersen Tax LLC and Chairman of Andersen Global, Mark Vorsatz, and the managing partner of the firm in Spain, Jaime Olleros.

During his speech, Mark Vorsatz stressed that the firm is founded on ethics and reputation and that the strategy is not to focus on turnover but on values and quality of work: "our goal is not to be the biggest, but the best," he said. In this sense, he indicated that firms should be disruptive in the provision of professional services and bet on talent.

For his part, Jaime Olleros was proud of the character, attitude and values that prevail in all who have passed through the firm, which is based, he said, on "excellence, commitment, continuity, transparency and independence”. Nearly two years since the brand landed in Spain, Olleros stressed that it has allowed the firm to attract talent, give continuity to the team and grow internationally.

At the event, there were previous heads of the firm, such as Manuel Soto, former president of Andersen in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa, Alberto Terol, who was a member of Andersen Worlwide's World Partners Council and managing partner of Garrigues-Andersen, Carlos González, former president of the firm in Spain, Ángel Durández, who was a member of Andersen Worldwide's World Council and director of its offices in Madrid and Barcelona, or Daniel García-Pita, former managing partner of Garrigues-Andersen.
