Andersen Tax & Legal held in Valencia the second edition of the urbanism forum on regeneration and urban renewal as the cornerstone of new urbanism.
The event was attended by Manuel Latorre Hernández, Secretary of the Area of Urban Development and Renewal and Housing of the Area of Sustainable Mobility and Public Space of Valencia City Council, Carlos Mínguez, Partner of Andersen Tax & Legal, and Argimiro Mayoral, Senior Associate of Andersen Tax & Legal.
During the conference, the need to carry out interventions of rehabilitation and urban regeneration and renovation that allow the constitutional right to decent and adequate housing to be made effective as essential actions in the territorial model of the Valencian Community was highlighted.
