Vanesa Fernández collaborates in the Informed Choices in Cross Border Enforcement project, led by Professor Carmen Otero García-Castrillón

Vanesa Fernández, director of the Department of Banking Procedural Law at the Barcelona office of Andersen Tax & Legal, collaborates actively in the project Informed Choices in Cross Border Enforcement, IC2BE, directed in Spain by Carmen Otero García-Castrillón, professor at the Faculty of Law at the Complutense University of Madrid.

The project consists of analysing the use made by legal professionals of different regulations published by the European Union (Regulation 805/2004 on the European Enforcement Order for uncontested claims, Regulation 1896/2006 on the European order for payment procedure, Regulation 861/2007 on the European Small Claims Procedure and Regulation 655/2014 on the European order for the retention of accounts).

The programme is funded by the European Union's Civil Justice programme and coordinated with the following European universities.
