Ignacio Ariño is currently a Director in Andersen's Corporate Department in the Valencia and Seville offices.

He previously worked at Olleros Abogados.

Ignacio Ariño specializes in Commercial Law with specific focus on corporate transactions and in particular the preparation and carry-out of all types of corporate transactions of public/private limited liability companies, as well as other corporate structures: increases and reduction of social capital in all its different forms, merger and/or division proceedings of companies, issuance of debentures convertible into shares or agreements between partners, covenants on syndication of shares and shareholder’s agreements.

He has wide experience in restructuring process in the field of family business, including the drafting of family protocols and other annexed documents (review of testaments, options of buying/selling shares), in buying and selling transactions of companies, including the preparation of offers, confidentiality agreements, due diligences and documents related to the purchase and selling of shares. He has participated in proceedings assisting with the incorporation of venture capital companies, drafting of explanatory reports, adapting by-laws to the special regime, money laundering prevention manuals and assisting with take-over bids of securities, drafting of prospectus, notifications of relevant facts and follow-up of settlement of securities.

Also, he has experience in commercial contracting in its various forms, with special attention paid in the field of distribution, sale and purchase of real estate and execution of construction work and in civil and commercial proceedings (oral hearings and ordinary trials).

He has participated in arbitration proceedings.
