Carlos Mínguez participates in the IV Industrial Forum Comunitat Valenciana "Innovation and sustainability" organized by El Economista

Without innovation there is no sustainability, and without sustainability there is no future. So far, so good. But several questions floated around in the auditorium of the Confederación Empresarial de la Comunitat Valenciana (CEV), where the IV Foro Industrial Comunitat Valenciana "Innovación y sostenibilidad" was held: Who should oversee this transformation towards sustainability? What role should public administrations play? What legal mechanisms should be activated to help in this process? In short, who pays for this?

The role to be played by administration was one of the themes on which the debate organized by El Economista in collaboration with the CEV and with the sponsorship of Ferrovial was based. The President of the Generalitat Valenciana, Ximo Puig, who closed the debate, pointed to a public-private collaboration "with dialogue, transparency and political stability".

Carlos Mínguez, Partner of Andersen Tax & Legal, who participated in the conference, defended the fact that innovation generates many business opportunities, especially in the field of energy and transport.
