Belén Arribas participates in the Fintech and Consumers Congress organized by ICAB and ASUFIN

The Association of Financial Users (ASUFIN) and the Barcelona Bar Association held the "Fintech and Consumers: advantages and risks in the era of the digital economy" Congress.

This day was attended by Belén Arribas, partner of Andersen Tax & Legal, who spoke at a round table on the challenges of blockchain and considered it necessary "to review the entire legal framework to review the way in which the blocks are connected and the rest of the technical issues", as there is currently no regulatory law of this new data structure.

The director of Internal Control of the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC), Carlos Balmisa, was responsible for inaugurating this day, which was attended by several figures. He defended that consumers have "the right to good digital administration" and to a more active public sector participation.
