It is appropriate to dismiss someone for insulting the bosses son

In El Economista Alfredo Aspra explains that to think that the employer should be forced to trust and live with one of his employees is considered extremely unfair

The dismissal from the company of a 21-year-old worker for calling the son of her bosses, who was her workmate at the time, an insult which happened in front of the rest of her colleagues working in the company, as determined by the Cáceres No. 1 Labour Court, in a ruling of 21 February 2020.

Alfredo Aspra, partner and director of the Employment Area of Andersen Tax & Legal, says that the judge believes that "to think that the employer should be forced to trust and live with an employee of his who behaves this way is considered extremely unfair".
